Data policy.
This policy describes which personal data the website kinos-ai.eu processes, why, and what rights you have over it under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). It is aligned with the sovereignty principles that underpin the KINOS suite itself: minimal data collection, no telemetry, no third-party tracking.
01 · In short
The kinos-ai.eu website is fully static. It deposits no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no personal data from its visitors.
The only personal data the editor may receive is what you voluntarily send by email when contacting contact@kinos-ai.eu. This data is used solely to answer your message and is not transmitted to any third party.
02 · Data controller
The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Colin Ferrari, sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel), 11 rue des Salenques, 09000 Foix, France. SIRET 104 040 761 00017. Contact: contact@kinos-ai.eu.
Given the small scale of processing and the absence of automated collection, no Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been formally designated. The controller acts as the point of contact for any data-related request.
03 · Data processed
The site processes the following categories of data, and only those:
04 · Cookies and trackers
The website kinos-ai.eu deposits no cookie, neither essential nor analytical, neither first-party nor third-party. It includes no Google Analytics, Matomo, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight tag, or any other tracking script.
The fonts used on the website (IBM Plex family) are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may technically record connection information (IP address) when these fonts are served. To avoid this transfer, the editor plans to self-host the font files in a future version. In the meantime, this behaviour is mentioned for full transparency.
05 · Email contact
The website provides a mailto:contact@kinos-ai.eu link that opens your local email client. No form data is processed by the website itself. The exchange happens directly between your email provider and the editor's email provider.
The editor's email is hosted within the European Union. Messages are read only by Colin Ferrari and are not forwarded to any third party, except where strictly necessary to respond to your request (for example, if your message requires consulting a scientific collaborator, with your explicit agreement).
06 · Your rights under the GDPR
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed and obtain a copy.
- Right of rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right of erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to restriction of processing — request that processing be limited.
- Right to data portability — receive data you have provided in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to contact@kinos-ai.eu. The editor undertakes to respond within one month of receipt.
If you consider that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), at www.cnil.fr.
